Abstract

¸ñÀû: Ä¡Àº ¹Ì¹éÀº Ä¡°úÄ¡·áÀÇ ¸ñÀûÀ¸·Î ½É¹ÌÀû Àå¾Ö¸¦ À§ÇÑ Ä¡·á¿¡ °¡±õ´Ù. ±âÁ¸ÀÇ Ä¡Àº¹Ì¹é¼úÀº °íÃâ·Â ´ÙÀÌ¿Àµå ·¹ÀÌÀú¸¦ ÀÌ¿ëÇÏ¿© ¹ÚÇǼú¿¡ ÀÇÇÑ Ä¡·á¸¦ Çß¿Ô´Ù. ±×·¯³ª ÀÌ·¯ÇÑ Ä¡·á¹ýÀº ½Ã¼ú ÈÄ °¨¿° ¹× ÅëÁõ¿¡¼­ ÀÚÀ¯·Î¿ï ¼ö ¾ø±â¿¡, ¿ì¸®´Â ÀúÃâ·Â LED ·¹ÀÌÀú¸¦ ÀÌ¿ëÇÏ¿© Ä¡Àº¹Ì¹é¼úÀ» ÁøÇàÇÏ°íÀÚ ÇÏ¿´´Ù.

°á°ú: 365 nm LED ·¹ÀÌÀú Á¶»ç ºÎÀ§ÀÇ ¸á¶ó´Ñ »ö¼Ò°¡ ÁÙ¾îµå´Â °ÍÀ» È®ÀÎ ÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖ¾ú´Ù.

°á·Ð: º» ¿¬±¸¿¡¼­ Á¦½ÃÇÏ´Â 365 nm LED ·¹ÀÌÀú´Â ¼ö¼úÀû ±â¼ú ¹× ´ÙÀÌ¿Àµå ·¹ÀÌÀú¸¦ ÀÌ¿ëÇÑ Å»»öÈ­ È¿°ú¸¦ ´ëó ÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖÀ» °ÍÀ̶ó°í »ç·á µÈ´Ù.

Purpose: Gingival whitening is one of dental treatment purposes which is close to treating aesthetic disorders. Initial gingival whitening treatment was done by dermabrasion using a high power Diode Laser. However, this treatment method cannot be free from any infection or pain after the treatment. Therefore, we have decided to progress gingival whitening treatment using a low power LED laser.

Materials and Methods: The laser was irradiated on pork meat then the safety of output power, temperature change and skin denaturalization was measured. Bison 365 nm LED laser was irradiated on oral mucosal pigment of a 15 - 20 kg beagle for 15 min for 1 - 2 weeks, one or two times each. Any pigment loss was checked through Hematoxyline-Eosin staining.

Results: The melanin pigments at the area of 365 nm LED Laser irradiation were decreased.

Conclusion: The 365 nm LED Laser proposed in this study is considered to compensate the bleaching effect achieved by either using Diode laser or surgical methods.
